"Run, don't walk, away. I'm so sad to have purchased my vehicle from the associated dealer and then be directed here for service thinking I might have a a decent experience. It got to the point of having to call them liars in the middle of the waiting room directly to their face to get basic maintenance services that were promised with purchase. While I got that service, the entire experience soured this service center for me and have lost me as a future customer. I have remaining comp'd services from my purchase that I will refuse to have performed here because Id rather they not be able to claim the loss. This experience combined with another negative experience [dishonesty of the collision department (quoting unnecessary repairs ex: replacing a slightly scratched bumper for $1900 instead ofepairing for $500)] has led me to the conclusion that they think we are idiots and the business model is to takee advantage of us. This place is dishonest and willing to deceive their customers for profit."
"Will dodge your calls if they can’t figure out what is wrong with your car. I have had a water leak ever since I bought my car from team Toyota. I paid extra for coverage through them which is why I take my car to this body shop (it covers nothing, by the way.) The water leak started in the trunk. I took it in and ended up paying for 2 separate services, ok fine, it was great service. Sure enough the leak moves up to the front. I take it in, and pay hundreds for a service that ends up not working. I take it back in, again, hundreds for the service. That same night it rains and water is leaking in still but worse. At this point they’re closed so I call and leave a message for the representative I had. I wait a decent amount of time the next day, never get a call back. I then proceed to call 3 times the next day, all times the representative “isn’t at her desk”, leaving 2 different messages. Never get a call back.This past Monday we had a lot of rain so sure enough my car is drenched. I call and i recognize voice/name but am told she can’t transfer me to a representative but can transfer me to a voicemail.” So I get transferred, leave a message, and sure enough no one has called me back. If they can’t figure out what’s wrong the first time, take your business elsewhere otherwise you’ll be spending $$$ on absolutely nothing."
"Horrible. I had to utilize their services when AAA was unable to resolve a check engine light (which they offered a refund on work done). I paid 440.00 for a custom Toyota piece to be put on to remove the check engine light for inspection purposes. They completed the work called me and said the check engine light was still on and had to do a smoke test to determine the actual issue. After the smoke test they call and say it's the fuel canister costing 1300.00 to fix. I say no thank you I will pay for the work already done (440.00) and pick up my car in the evening after work. The morning after I pick up my car...the check engine light is off. I drive it over 100 miles and still no check engine light, I take it to my guys AAA and boom my car passes inspection. No additional money spent."

"This by far was the best service waiting room I've ever visited. Personally I worked in Toyota for 22 years in 4 different dealership parts department. I've been to many other dealers but have never seen anything like this. Getting your vehicle service can take some time. That is always the number 1 complaint by customers that it took way too long. The service I had performed was not very time consuming but it was an hour. It did not feel that long at all. My advisor Brooke came out periodically to inform me of the status of my vehicle. Being that I know the product I asked about additional services that will be needed soon which Brooke advised my on the prices. Services were done timely, at a good price and correctly. Great job. Now to the lounge. Great. There are tv's on the walls, good seating, a theater room, a quiet reading room, kids play room and last but not least grill. I have to say having that last one is great. We had freshly made breakfast sandwiches that hit the spot. They have a variety of food and drinks that you can purchase and when you're eating you're clock watching. They did a great job all around and for once I am not dreading my next service appointment."
