"The place and atmosphere is amazing and clean. The food is delicious. I liked their sandwiches. However, all of my visits wasn’t that great especially the last one! Although, the restaurant wasn’t the full at all but the service was waaaaay late. We spent more that 10 mins waiting for someone to take our order. Every time we needed something we had to go look for someone to let them know. Also, the male waiter wasn’t that helpful and every time we requested something(we only requested bags and extra sauces) he gave us an attitude. I wasn’t the only one who noticed. My friends were so annoyed that he had to deal with as with this manner."
"Went there to have dinner with my family, it didn’t look like shawarma, it was steak meat. It was burnt and had way too much oil in it. I don't understand what kind of a chef would be okay with serving burnt meat to their customers. I am don’t understand when arabic restaurants will start to have customer service. The people that go there to eat are paying money, so it is expected that they get their moneys worth!!"
