Walmart Vision & Glasses

"The one lady at the front had an attitude the whole time we were getting my cousins glasses as my cousin was saying the glasses arms felt weird and lady kept saying it because they are big frames overall experience would never go there again in my life you don't feel welcomed you feel like a burden and they treat you like a child. Everyone had an attitude and spoke poorly about the customers when they left and where you get l you eye exam at it looks like a mess trashed it looked like someone lived in there I've never seen an exam room so nasty looking"

"I'm not sure about all these other bad reviews because my experience was nothing short of wonderful! They were gentle, kind, informative. I usually go to Hermitage but due to being booked out for months, they sent me here. I think this is where I will stay even though it's more of a drive. The eye doc gave me nothing but good vibes and I felt so comfortable there. They always answer the phone when I call and they're just so nice and soft spoken. Maybe it's a different staff than before but I have nothing but good things to say. Ivy Frederick is who I believe worked with me!"

"Excellent ophthalmologist and very friendly and helpful staff. I have had numerous eye exams done here and was extremely pleased with the way Dr. Frederick explained everything to me. Staff has been very helpful in selecting my last 3 pairs of glasses here. Highly recommended and prices are very reasonable. Couldn't be more pleased with this service."

"Doctor was great but I've been in there 3 times and no one feels the need to acknowledge that your in there. It takes 20 seconds to say I'll be with you in a few moments. Instead on every occasion I've been in they look you right in the eye and just go back to what they are doing without saying a word. The third time I went in I just walked out after 5 minutes of no help or acknowledge of my existence."

"My appointment was scheduled at 2:15, I arrived early incase I had any paperwork to fill out. I waited at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. I will never be rude under any circumstances so when they told me they will be with me in a few minutes I politely nodded. After 15 minutes she finally handed me a clipboard and told me to fill out the first page, I finished in 2 minutes. I again waited another 15 minutes to do the pre exam. As she told me to wait again until the dr called me back, I dreaded her words. There r six employees in the office and I have now been here for an hour waiting on one doctor, maybe hire more doctors? I am extremely unhappy with this as a paying patient I will never come back to Walmart for eye care ever again!"
