"Went there for 10 years good service for diabetic shoes then they sold co. to some other co. For 2 years could not get appointment I had 2 scrips from Doctors I don't understand why they were so rude I had to go elsewhere .Very strange place. ???? THERE REPLY TO REVIEW WAS WEAK AND 2 YEARS LATE."

"They were kind and worked well with my daughter for a back brace. They adjust and make sure it fits the way it should. We saw both male practitioners there. Both were very, very good to us and did very nice work."

"My father, a recent amputee, has been waiting to receive his insert from De La Torre Orthotics in Harmar since January. The first visit was awesome. However, their follow up has been HORRIBLE! De La Torre should hire me after all of the phone calling and follow up that I've had to do in an effort for my father's order to be completed. Their customer service is poor at best. Constantly overspeaking the customer, blaming the customer for the problems, not taking ownership of the issue and not following through on promised results is unacceptable. That's the type of service that De La Torre Orthotics has provided throughout this process. We'll have to continue with them for my father's sake (they claim to have FINALLY ordered his shoes) but I will NEVER recommend De La Torre Orthotics to ANYONE."

"Fast service. They were so friendly and kind to my one year old who got casted for his first pair of Afo’s!! He was scared but the woman played with him and made him feel very comfortable as she did it. Then talked with us afterward about socks & shoes!! Very helpful!!"

"I was not contacted for five weeks. When I called they said that they could not get in touch with me. There weren't any messages on my answering machine. After I made the second appointment, I drove to Harmar to pick up my shoes. I was informed that my orthotics had not arrived. I was not called nor an email sent that The items were not ready. I made a wasted trip. I was told that they did not know when the items would arrive."
