"A negative star would best describe this catastrophic group...I would never want them to handle my VA claim. Totally disappointed to arrive at appointment to find out they moved one week prior.....no calls from Qtc, or IMA, and the appointment was made the day prior...no reason for either to confirm....some aid told me I have1 hour to make it, I told her it's hard with public transportation. I made it, but the cancelled , rude and nasty... disrespectful to a vet!!!!!!!!"
"Audiogram room is in a center hallway room with no sound proofing. Can hear everything outside the room including people walking down the hall. Not ideal."
