"Expressing Disappointment Regarding UPS Delivery Customer Service (Warwick customer service center). Dear [UPS Customer Service Department], I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the recent customer service experience I had with one of your representatives called Faith . She’s called Faith but is unfaithful On 1/17/24, I contacted UPS customer service regarding an issue with a delivery. From the beginning of the conversation, the representative exhibited a disrespectful and unprofessional attitude. Her tone was condescending, dismissive, and she demonstrated a lack of patience and empathy towards my concerns. I understand that dealing with various customer inquiries can be challenging, but as the face of UPS customer service, I expected a higher level of professionalism and courtesy. Unfortunately, this representative failed to meet those expectations, leaving me dissatisfied and alienated as a customer. Some specific examples of her disrespectful behavior include interrupting while I was trying to explain my issue, using an impatient tone that made me feel like I was wasting her time, and providing inconsistent and inaccurate information without attempting to rectify the situation. Additionally, she did not offer any solutions or alternative options to address my specific concerns. As someone who relies on UPS for timely and reliable deliveries, this experience has left me hesitant to continue using your services in the future. I believe that customer service is a vital aspect of any business, and it is disheartening to have encountered such unprofessional behavior. I strongly believe that UPS should address this issue promptly by conducting thorough training and coaching sessions for all customer service representatives. As customers, we expect to be treated with respect, empathy, and professionalism during our interactions. I sincerely hope that my feedback will contribute to improvements in your customer service department. I look forward to seeing the necessary actions taken to ensure that other customers do not have to endure similar disrespectful experiences. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that UPS will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to provide a better customer service experience in future"
"Still trying to get a package that was supposed to be delivered last Friday. A "temporary holiday" driver claimed he dropped came by and no one was here. 3 peopke were here. He didn't scan it properly and now they can't "find" it. They "think" it went to a local drop off site which should be "more convenient for me". This is infuriating!"
"I have never had a positive experience with UPS for package deliveries to my home. They no show, fail to ring the bell or knock then leave a note saying they could not deliver, don’t arrive during estimated times (I rearrange my schedule to be present) and their customer service is a nightmare!! Try to get a live person, then try to get a person who can actually help you! Good luck."
"Impossible to get in contact with a real person here. My package requires signature and I need the driver to call me so I can come down and sign it. There is no way to request it due to their brazen incompetence and lack of customer care. I have to watch him “try” to deliver it and bring it back to this center enough times that they finally give up and tell me I can pick it up. I will never voluntarily choose this company and recommend all businesses do the same. Shame on Lenovo for using them."
"UPS drivers in this area KNOW THE AREA, they KNOW that the apartment buildings have a single address, and yet they still don't deliver without a unit number! What good is the unit number going to do you when we have only one door? It's such a cop out. They are using any excuse to not deliver to people in apartments in this area. They keep having the same problems in this area - look through the reviews, you'll see it - and they keep responding to all the reviewers with the exact same "we're sorry, please DM us" nonsense. They clearly have no intention of fixing the problem with their drivers not delivering to apartments. We needed something for our business on a tight timeframe, and they delayed us by two crucial days, because even though they left a note in my file after the first day saying they had all the address info they needed, they pulled the same trick again today to avoid dropping it off. Now we have to drive in to pick it up, which is clearly what they wanted in the first place. You don't have to pay drivers if the customer gets fed up with you holding their package hostage long enough that they go pick it up themselves! I'm contacting the company that sent it to us and letting them know we won't be doing business with them again as long as they use UPS. Our business certainly won't be using UPS. And I hope you, reader, won't be using UPS, either! How can a delivery business survive when they don't bother delivering packages? I don't think UPS will be around much longer, the way they're going."
