"Very dissatisfied at how this location has lack of care in the food they serve. Too many times I've asked for toasted Italian and had to reheat it myself because the meats are still cold. Literally watched them "remake" my sandwich once and the sandwich was in oven for less than 2 minutes. Being in good industry myself for 20 years, I know how good should be served."

"I typically don’t do this but I’m appalled at the fact that I was charged $15 for this. You guys were typically spot on but lately I feel like you guys stopped caring. Unfortunately, this will be my last time ordering anything from your establishment as you obviously don’t value loyal customer business. There are far to many options available for me to continue to feel taken advantage of. Super disappointed with you guys."

"Today, I dined in at the warwick location. I was immediately greeted with a smile. The girls in front was able to tell me their best deals they had. I got a tender dinner and WOW, it was amazing. Food service was fast, everything came out very fresh. I could not of had a better experience! It was a positive work environment where the employees were pleased to assist. Recommend 10/10!!!!!"

"After my initial encounter where I rated this place 2 stars, the owner reached out to me the very next morning and offered to make it right. He didn't mention anything about changing or updating my review, he just wanted to make sure I got what I paid for. Customer service in that aspect no matter the problem is always a plus in my book. The pizza was better the second time around."
