"I placed an order for a medium cheese pan pizza at 437 pm and it’s now 554 and I’ve had my order status say on the way for over 45 minutes now, I’ve been trying to contact the store via phone and no one is answering, I’ve been on hold for 12 minutes, at this point I’d like a refund as I made dinner for my family instead. Update 6:18 pm it was delivered cold, the delivery driver didn’t say anything, knocked on my door (I asked for contactless) and he stood there with the pizza bag open and waited for me to take it out?"
"First I asked the delivery person if my sauces were included and he said "they should be" yet again for the 4th time I've ordered from here they forgot my sauces..then I open my pizza and it looks like this. And they refuse to bring me the sauce and they refuse to make me a new pizza. This is why delivery drivers get a bad rep. She claimed im getting a refund, we will see."
