"Sad to say, but stay away. I should have read the reviews before booking, but I thought I'd give a local business a chance before using Uber. Similar to the other reviews, I called and left a message the day before I needed a ride to TFG... no call back after 3 hours, so I called again and spoke to someone who said to text my information. Texted the info and received confirmation for 3:45am pickup. 3:45 came and went, so I waited until 4am when I called the number that confirmed the pickup... I heard them pickup the phone and immediately hang-up. Terrible service.. they won't be in business much longer."

"We called airport taxi 2 days before we needed a 3:30 AM pickup for a flight. Were told to send a text with the information. We did and got one back that said confirmed…no one came. Called and it was like we woke someone up, but to his credit, he was at our house 20 minutes later….thank goodness for him! This business has changed drastically…used to be the go to taxi for transportation to and from the airport…no more for us…they are not reliable at all…"

"I texted a taxi request 1 day prior to our trip. Received confirmation text about 5 minutes after my request. Everything was good to go. Morning of trip - they didn't show up at time requested (5:45am). Called telephone number at 5:50am. Person answered very gruffly, not with company name. I explained that taxi didn't show up. He shouted something that I couldn't understand, and he hung up. I called back 5 minutes later (waiting and hoping taxi would show up), he didn't pick up the phone. Left message that I wasn't sure what was happening and would have take our own car in about 10 more minutes. We waited 10 more minutes. No one showed up. We had to leave and park at airport to catch our flight. Cost us $200 (instead of usual $13.00 taxi) because we had to get to the airport for our flight. He NEVER texted to say there was a problem. In the whole week we were gone, he NEVER apologized. Nothing. VERY BAD SERVICE. NEVER use this company!!"

"The driver was timely and courteous for my very early morning flight. When I called the phone was answered promptly. The request to text in the pick-up address, date, and time makes a lot of sense and ensures all the critical information is delivered correctly. I received a confirmation text shortly after after texting in my info. I recommend Airport Taxi RI."

"I thought I would give them a shot despite the reviews. A man answered the phone with just hello! Not airport taxi. Then told me to text a number my address and pick up time. I text the number is this airport taxi? No response. So I called the guy back only to have him yell at me for not giving my address and doing what he said. He wondered why I was asking questions! Maybe because you answer your phone like a regular person not a business. Then tell me to text a strange number for a pick up at 345am and think a customer would feel comfortable doing that. Wow very strange, call somewhere else for sure! Safe yourself the trouble.!"
