"You can't ever get an appointment when you are having a problem. Their always booked and tell you to go to Urgent Care, why have a PCP if they never can see you when you're sick? If you can't handle the patient influx than don't take on so many patients. Unfortunately I'm going to have to change doctors, after being a patient of over 20 years because I can never get an appointment and if I'm being told to go to Urgent Care anyway it's pointless to have a PCP."

"Worst doctor's office I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. There have been several days where I need assistance or guidance on a medical issue or past appointment, and NOBODY will answer the phone. Literally, there have been consecutive weekdays where I will call this office (during normal hours) and the phone will simply ring off the hook with no answer. I've gone down the list of # options and not a SINGLE option will lead to an answer. When you do get a hold of someone, they're usually lazy and can't help you. Switched to this office (and Highmark) after an insurance change, and I can say that I never experienced anything even close to this lack of service whenever I was with UPMC. Honestly one of the biggest jokes I have ever seen in the medical industry -- if you want to have an office/practice that is there for you when you have a question/concern, then please do not choose this one."

"I have to literally spend hours out of my workday trying to call to get through to their office. Why Fatigati/Nalin can't staff the phones to be able to field calls to simply schedule an appointment is beyond me. A disaster of customer service, not at all surprised by the 2.0 avg. rating."

"Although I like the doctor's I've seen, this is the second time in 2 appointments a prescription has been called in to my pharmacy incorrectly. The first time, I took home a psych med after an appointment for acid reflux, this time I haven't been able to get meds for Covid despite a few calls from myself and the pharmacy to have it corrected. It doesn't matter if I like the doctor's if the script is written wrong and no one fixes it promptly."

"I frequent other locations of Fatigati/Nalin and finally reached a boiling point. What is the point of having one of the best PCP I ever had when your offices are outdated, phone lines are horrible, and some of the office staff is belligerent? And when I need a prescription I have to call every day for two weeks to get one? Listen... you guys need to shape up because you give St Clair Hospital a VERY BAD name. I have been a patient of many outstanding doctors since 1990 at St Clair Hospital... and you guys just need to shape up or shut down. Feel free to call me. I am a Quality Assurance professional and I write the truth. The main reason why my PCP is wondering why I am not seeing her like I used to is the entire office operation. It is deplorable. I am seriously thinking of switching to UPMC if this does not change in the next 3 months."
