"Everything was good, besides the lady who roomed me. She was very rude. Barely said anything to me the whole time while in the room. When she called me back she rolled her eyes at me and just kept walking after she called my name."

"The procedure itself was fine, but after care has been abysmal. Procedure was done on December 26, and after three phone calls with various staff, two weeks have passed, and I STILL don’t have a response from the facility regarding clarification of post procedure medication. And when I call, the staff gives the impression that I’m bothering them. Not a patient-centric attitude for sure."

They took the time to speak with me and genuinely cared about the resolution. They even agreed to three way call the insurance company with me to get it corrected.
