"I just received Solo Laboratories premier functional custom orthotics. I had an appointment at Concord Foot & Ankle Center where I saw Dr. Getzen . She scanned my feet (with no weight bearing) using an iPad with an attachment. Then I paid for the appointment plus the orthotics were an additional $550 dollar (not covered by Tufts). The orthotics came a few weeks later and have been a disaster. My left foot has a high arch while my right foot has a low-ish arch as a result of injuries, but the arch shape on these "custom" orthotics are exact mirror images of each other. There is no support on my left foot, and my right foot gets deformed with pressure from the incorrect orthotic shape. I have had 6 sets of actual custom molded orthotics in my lifetime, and have never once had issues like this. This company's “custom” orthotics are a scam. I was told this by an orthotics expert, but I knew as soon as I put them on. I would have been better off with a Dr. Scholl's custom fit orthotics. I was advised to use my old orthotics going forward."

Miracle workers? Maybe but we are grateful our businesses crossed paths in order to provide relief to wonderful people.
