"Waited 10 minutes for a cup of coffee. Could have gone home and .add my own by then. Just regular coffee with cream and sugar which takes about 25 seconds to make."

"I stopped here for a few coffees for my friends in the car. We went into the lobby so we could also use the restroom. It was evening time, but not close to closing time. The staff acted annoyed that they had to stop their side work to help us. We got straight drip coffes and iced coffees - nothing fancy. The coffee tasted the same as always, but it's never fun to feel like you're bothering the employees just by being a customer."

"I have been going to this Dunkin location for a couple years now and enjoyed everything I’ve gotten, until a couple days ago. I ordered my regular iced latte, and was surprised when I found what seemed to be a chunk of spit or something at the bottom of my cup. I’ve taken notice that there is one older lady who is almost always making my drink, I believe her name is sharre . After this experience I am very upset and will not be returning back to this location to get my drinks. I also was not very pleased with how my service was with her, it was unpleasant, and she seemed to have attitude towards me when I was ordering. I hope this location can become better and maybe I will think about coming back."

"Food is always freshly made, order is always correct, and it’s ready quickly. We only go to this Dunkin now - so many others are not as great. Excellent work to whoever is running this one, and to the employees that make the food so well."

"My coworker and I use to go to this location a few times a week as our morning routine. My drink was made wrong more times than made right. We decided to start going to another location. Today I decided to go to this location because they had brownie batter swirl. I rerouted and went out of my way to give this location another shot. Once I got my order and was on the road I tasted my drink, to my disappointment my order was wrong. My co-worker got lucky, her drink was made correctly. Same order just a different size."
