"I'd give 0 stars if I could. My previous therapist with Total Family Solutions left about 3 months ago, and, after months of trying to get in contact with them, they finally set me up with a new therapist, only to call back the next day and cancel that appointment. When I called to reschedule with another therapist, I was told they no longer have any availability for anywhere in the afternoons. Thanks for nothing. If you have any ability to seek mental health services anywhere else, I'd recommend you do it and steer clear of Total Family Solutions unless you want more heartache attached to that which you already have."

"Not the best place to go to. These guys have no communication with their patients. I’m currently doing telehealth visits and I had to reschedule one of my appointments for Tuesday at 2:30 pm, but my new therapist rescheduled for Tuesday at 1:45 without any notice or notification. This place was great at the start, but I was forced to part ways with my first therapist since she was leaving TFS."

"My experience with TFS started off great. I was so excited because they got me started with a therapist quickly. I had two sessions with my therapist and decided to part ways with her. I called TFS to cancel my remaining appointments and they said they would call me with to let me know if they had someone else they could pair me with. That call never came. I gave them two weeks and called and got ahold of no one. I left a message and got no phone call back. I do not recommend them. They don't communicate with their patients."
