"Culture shock for e long time MHA consumer like me, verbal abuse and threats of violence are brushed off as ,oh well it's MHA if you don't feel safe don't come here, staff sees a lot of things and look the other way,they are looking for a paycheck they are not police, I was not allowed to go upstairs to discuss situations with the staff upstairs, I think my rites have been violated, tried to contact upstairs person and I received no response as of yet"

Peer speacialist, a minister, trained staff, a housing specialist, occupational therapy, free food clothes showers hygiene prouducts a weekly food pantry referrals and computer lab .. Not bad !!!"
