"April who I assume is the store manager.. did not welcome us to the store. Proceded to just tell us the floor is wet when she was using a swiffer wet jet. The floor was in fact. Not wet. She extremely rude to us the entire time we were in the store. Threatened us and banned us from the store for accusing me of stealing when I was going to buy a $12 cat figurine. Everything in the store is from another online store or a small artist they are selling for. Don't waste your time coming to this store. Buy from their online store or go to the small artist directly."
"The store is cute, but today when I went with my friends (october, 11th, 2023), the worker there said "she doesn't appreciate the laughter but I do." After I joked with my friend who was just making jokes with some of the cute things in the store. It just kinda made me uncomfortable, I feel that comment wasn't called for especially when *I was* laughing when my friend was making jokes. Just not the environment I wanna be in, y'know?"
