"Green Jar Catering catered our wedding and our rehearsal dinner. I cannot say enough amazing things about their food and services. Carla and Jay sat down with us on multiple occasions to personalize and perfect our menus. For our rehearsal dinner they made an amazing lobster and seafood bake. For our wedding, we did a buffet style with passed apps and three main entrees. Although we wanted everything we had at our food tasting, we chose three passed appetizers and three main entrees. For apps we had chicken skewers, bruschetta, and grilled cheese and tomato soup shooters. For our main entrees we did a white fish with rice, Tuscan style pasta, and steak and potatoes. Every meal was more delicious than the next. My family and friends haven’t stopped talking about the food. Carla and Jay went above and beyond. I cannot recommend them enough!!"
