"Loved this pizza hut, but will no longer be ordering from them. They now use door dash to deliver your order. Simple, right? No, they gave the delivery address as their address, not mine. Last time ordering from here. UPDATE, NEVER GOT A CALL OR EMAIL FROM THEM. UPDATE AS OF 11-25-23 SO THEY DON'T CUT THE breadsticks or cinnamon sticks came full box and apparently can't follow their own order recipes by doing half pepperoni on a pizza instead of the whole pizza, very sad reading is getting harder and harder I see."

"I was supposed to receive a delivery order on July 4, and it never got delivered as a result of the delivery driver getting into an accident, which I felt bad about. A kind employee called to tell me she would give me a refund. I waited a few days and did not receive the refund. I kept trying to call and the manager said he would call me back, but did not follow through. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company and I am overly very annoyed that I had to do that. The case is still open. I think they are unprofessional and have substandard food at this location."
