"We ordered the buffalo chicken mac n cheese pizza and fries.The food was excellent.The girl with the "hey arnold" tattoos was super nice and gave us a sample of the new nashville chicken sauce which was also delicious.Gotta try that next time.The place was empty but clean.Great location.Papa ginos pizza is sooo consistent.been eating it since it was in the harbor mall in the 80s.Anyways stop reading this and go get some papa ginos!"

"I ordered some pizzas for my classroom this past Friday and our delivery driver tried getting ahold of me to ask more specifically which additional materials I’d need. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to answer the phone at the time, but the voicemail left was so kind and considerate! I could tell it was genuinely important to him that the order was right and that we’d enjoy it!"

"Immensely dissatisfied with the pizza we just picked up. It’s burnt to a crisp and was cold by the time we got home- which is 8 minutes away. We are new to the area and papa Gino’s is such a “homey” staple to our childhoods that it’s disappointing having one so close with such poor quality."

"I ordered delivery for me and my daughter on New Years Eve. The order arrived quick but we both got super sick with food poising within an hour of eating. I sent a message letting them know on the website and a district manager Jeff called me today. He refused to even entertain the idea that it was food poisoning. He just kept saying the items I got are common ( Pepperoni pizza / Cheese sticks w/ Marinara ) and no-one else got sick. He kept insisting it was something else that got us sick and offered an insulting $15 credit for a $42 order that went in the trash. He kept saying all their temps are checked all day long and it just isn't possible that we got food poisoning. I wasn't even trying to make a big deal out of this but that phone call rubbed me the wrong way. I wasn't even looking for my money back."

"Me &my husband order from here at least once a week when we don't want to cook. 9.99/10 everything is perfect, on time &hot and all thre drivers are so nice especially STEPHEN/AL! and make sure everything is with the order! We order so much they probably know our order/address by heart. P.S. the drivers deserve a raise! They really do go above and beyond."
