Anything we had inquiries about he was able to find for us to try on and if not, could find and pull from other stores throughout the country. It’s very clear he has a passion for all things Prada. I’ll be back!"

"Horrible service and experience. I sent in my $2100 bag for repair in May and have not received one update in regards to the repair. I’ve called numerous times and no one can give any information, they have told me multiple times that management will reach out to me with answers and I have not received ONE call. It’s now December, 6 months have gone by with no update, no bag. Avoid shopping with Prada at all costs"

"I will gave not even one star if I could. Went to this store last night looking for a few things. Since the first moment this shady employee starts following us around the store not saying anything. Literally behind us on every floor. We were so uncomfortable so we left. I would never bring my business to Prada online and/or at any of their locations again. Now understand why they have so many bad reviews. We’ve never had such an horrible treatment on a high end store."
