"They didnt have my part in stock and wouldn't order a replacement part themselves. They actually suggested another plumbing supply house, Automatic Heat (Providence) which is ridiculous considering they have a parts counter themselves. I will absolutely take all my business elsewhere if you feel inconvenienced by having to do your jobs. Classic Smithfield attitude - Edit: The non apology in the reply from the business owner is really indicative of the attitude over there. "I'm sorry you feel this way" is gaslighting and abhorrent behavior"
