"First I will say they do always answer the phone and were great with communication and being there when they said they would. I got 3 floors refinished, i wasn’t able to be there since I’m not moved in yet but gave them instructions on how to get in and that all went fine. I saw through my security system they did block off the kitchen so no dust could get in which was great, however for some reason they left the bathroom door open and there was dust everywhere! A mess. They also left the hallway light and bathroom light on after they left the first day and after they left the second day. So my lights were on until the third day when i got back to the house. The floors considering what they used to look like do look much better but i was expecting less streaks and more of a shine. That may just be the floors and not their fault, I’m not sure. However overall I’m happy with how the floors came out compared to before. As for the price it was really good and fair."
