"Ordered faucets for in-store pickup. They confirmed seven in-stock. When I got there the customer service associate said they were not there after searching for a half hour. I looked around afterwards to see if I could find them as there were some faucets set up in aisles adjacent to end caps. I had to order them online and reschedule the install for another day. Employees were friendly, but they must have a pilfridge or shrinkage issue in their stores. After four decades of retail experience, it's obvious."

"This place is just a little bit better than the DMV. Paul the manager is useless and is a total bag of wind. Laurie was extremely helpful when I visited and was very knowledgeable when I was at customer service. You’re lucky I’m giving this store 1 star."

"Manager Paul is a spineless dirtbag who takes the side of rude, irate, shoplifting customers over dedicated, multiple time, employee of the month. Otherwise, great products, great EMPLOYEES, however management needs a lesson in loyalty."

"So sick of this store, you order and pay and you wait. One week delivery now going on a month. If you try calling which I did twice so far they will divert your call and hang up.... This is thd second time in the recent past this has happened, the last time the order was for a three light Andersen casement. The window was in the back of the store but they refused to look for it. Finally an angry emplyee threw it on a cart and refused to help me load it. Luckily another customer helped me. This place is the worst"

"I had an excellent experience shopping there yesterday and a young associate there by the name of “Lilly” went above and beyond to help me with an out of stock item and redirected me to something better at a discount. I will be back"
