"I dropped off a sliding door screen for repair. I called the store twice and left a message each time to have someone call me to let me know if the door was ready. I never received a call back so I had to go to the store after waiting three weeks. when I got to the store, the cashiers were discussing their schedule so it took a while for them to acknowledge me. They finally asked what I needed and I told them I was there to find out if the screen door was ready. It was ready and I stated I wasn’t sure if I could fit it in my car. The cashier just looked at me and didn’t offer any help. I carried the screen door out by myself and put it in my trunk and left it sticking out and was able to secure it and drive home safely."

"Rented a U-Haul this week, staff was great. Assistant Manager was very patient helping the employee that was assisting me, which is great to see. The truck was clean, the gas milage the truck gets is terrible (haha), but I couldn't be happier with how smoothly everything went. The store itself is well maintained, and all the staff is great."

"Store is easy to navigate, but if you ask for help from people at register, it’s like asking for their first born! They are not too friendly. I know everyone has bad days but what happened to hello when you walk in and thank you when you purchase something? Maybe I’m old fashioned"
