"Born and raised in New London I pretty much always had to go here and I see all the new renovations but unfortunately still a terrible experience. From the moment of checking in, to the four hour wait for a prescription for my daughter and a doctor note. SMH, I couldn’t wait any longer. At minimum a follow up to understand why I’m waiting an extra hour for someone to write note. Oh, but even following the terrible experience of being there it continued when I went to go pick up the prescription and they said it was sent to the wrong location in another city. This is after agreeing with the doctor and nurse which pharmacy I will be going to. Please don’t just fix the issues with this hospitals cosmetics but how about the procedures. To prove this is not just a negative statement the doctor was very nice, friendly, and supportive of my daughter."
