"My first time at Joann and let me say the employees there are SO NICE and fantastic ♥️ I went searching for more yarn I had so much in my cart and the employees on the floor/stocking were very helpful and then at checkout they were having trouble with debit card payments but that didn’t stop them from helping each customer and putting a smile on my face. they held all my yarn for me so I could go get cash and then helped me make an account so I could get coupons. Will be returning!"
