Gong Cha

"Posting this today January 7 Sunday at 5:04pm.. as per google map. they closed at 6pm on sundays.. why do they closed an hour early? Is there any supervisor who manage this store or monitor what time they close."

"We got the earl gray and brown sugar milk teas with boba. The milk tea was good but the service was definitely not the best. We waited almost fifteen minutes, the people making the drinks were mostly busy talking with each other instead of making the orders. Overall, the tea is pretty good but the service will definitely have you waiting a while."

"While returning from a family trip, we stopped by a mall and tried Gongcha. The interior and atmosphere were very pleasant. We ordered several drinks for each family member and they all tasted great. Since then, we have frequently been patronizing the Gongcha near our home."

"I AM SO HAPPY A GONCHA OPENED IN BRIDGEWATER! It’s my favorite bubble tea ❤️ I used to get it weekly when I lived in Japan. I ordered take out about 45min in advance, and it was ready and cold by the time I got there to pick it up. There was a long line (normal for Gongcha locations) and it was so nice to just walk in, and pick up my order. The order was correct, and they even wrote me a little note! Will be coming back again very soon. Thank you!"

"This location staff need more training, they don’t take your orders seriously. Less hygiene, and large size is pricey than other locations for some reason. Other locations do a better job. Update: Feb 2023 Visited this location after a month to see if anything has changed, it became worse. Staff is under trained and I think it’s safe to say they are not at all trained. 0 hygiene practice. This is so far the worst gong cha location I’ve ever been too!"
