"Just no.... the food tasted like how the inside of the restaurant smells. Take that as you will. That's the best way I can put it. I know that because I picked the food up myself, and the unpleasant scent that was in the restaurant came along with the food. I will never order from here again and would not recommend you to either. Can’t imagine eating in would be any better, as I had to search for a staff member to ask where I could pick up my order. There was no one to greet you at the door let alone hand you your takeout. Don’t waste your money… This was my first and last time at TGI Fridays."

"Currently at the store as I am writing this review. I was brought the wrong food. My mac & cheese, the milk in it has a strong smell as if it is spoiled. One of my coworkers, didn’t get their foods till we are about to leave. Another coworker did not receive part of their orders. I barely touched my foods and didn’t want to take it to go. They took it all back."

"We literally got up and left and the waitress didn’t even notice. After waiting to be seated, we looked at the menus and the depressed/angry faces at nearby tables because only one waitress was working in the entire section during lunch rush. She proceeded to take another table’s order who sat after us because she was familiar with them. I’ve often come here but usually in the evening and never had a problem, other than waiting to be seated. Very disappointing!"

"Last night my family and I had a horrible experience, even though the restaurant wasn't busy the service was slow. Waited forever for the appetizers to come out and when my entrees eventually arrived my order was incorrect. I canceled my food but let the rest of my family eat there meal. The waitress couldn't be bothered all she kept saying was that the manager would come speak with me, but no one ever came! I have never had a poor experience at any T.G.I.F. but this location is horrible. Go to a different location because this one lacks the service and quality of a casual restaurant where one goes to enjoy a simple meal."
