The staff was great and understanding, and traded for a better car. Pennsylvania does have a lemon law, but if the car is older than seven years and more than 100K miles it falls out of the lemon law protection . But there's one thing, if the car is being sold for driver's use, it still has to pass the Pennsylvania state mandated inspection. Don't let anyone tell you it's a $1,000 car , what do you expect? It still has to pass inspection. And that's that."
