"I have been a customer for almost 40 years (previously was Glen Rock Water). The driver is great and customer service were pleasant Never had any issues until it changed to EAS. Every year or more the price gets higher, sometimes without notification of the increase. Apparently the price changed in September and we had no idea. My cost went up .99 cents per bottle in addition to a 6.95 gas fee! We are a family of 2 retirees who get 3 bottles a month, our neighbor (a business) gets a delivery the same day as us. Does the truck need $13.90 to travel 20 feet? Got a bill in the mail for .88 cents ? Really!, called to get it explained and got some ridiculous answer and was told then about the September increase……and also there was nothing to be done about the “gas” surcharge, even after so many years of being a customer. This is not what I consider customer service. We were willing to pay the extra for the water (which is expensive enough) but the additional gas fee is out of hand. So much for loyalty."

"Over the years we have used different water companies. We found EAS based in the recommendation of a friend. EAS is by far the best water delivery service I have found. They deliver when they say they will and you can call and talk to someone on the phone if you have changes to your typical order. The competing water companies in the area are difficult to contact with last minute issues. Currently there is roadwork happening in front of my house and I was worried that we would miss our delivery. I called and explained the situation and our driver took the extra steps to get our water to our house. It was an easy and pleasant experience. If you need water delivery, EAS is really the best."

"We LOVE EAS Water! We were referred by a family member and have been clients for a few months now. There have been no disappointments. You get a call the day before pick up (nice reminder), if you have a card on file they will charge you same day as delivery. (Which is amazing since you know when it is coming out unlike our previous water company would charge whenever) if you have any questions you can call the office and everyone is so nice. Prices are better too! We are happy customers! Thank you EAS for a great product and amazing service!"
