"The worst. Not the food but the people who work here. No one, including the manager with red hair, cares about anything. I ordered food and a caramel frappe on the mobile app. I get to the window and the girl says, do you want a mocha frappe instead? I said, no. She says, how did you pay, card or cash? I say, I ordered on the mobile app. She then says, can you pull over to drive thru spot #2 and I do. Next thing you know, someone comes out with a caramel frappe. So.....they had them, but just didn't feel like making them. Then he had no food with him. I pull around go inside and get a bag of food that has nothing in it that I ordered only to go back inside and have to deal with the elderly ride woman at the counter. Never again."
