"I had placed a mobile order and unfortunately when I got there, the nuggets I had ordered were all unavailable. After waiting a bit, the man who took our order asked us what we would like to replace it, ran that by his manager, and everything was solved! Unfortunately this moment had upset some customers behind us in line and they started making comments and driving around the line and being obnoxious. Our order taker was the one giving us our food and we thanked him for being so helpful and explained that the missing nuggets had caused other issues and I just need to commend him for remaining so calm and selfless through his own struggle. I didn't get his name but he had glasses and facial hair and it was the closing shift if that gets him noticed! Thanks for helping me out!!"

"Food was cold after it took over 10 min to be ready... not sure how that happened they gave a diet coke instead of a coke Worst Wendy's location. Not the first time I had problems with them either prior time I had an online order and they had none of the food I ordered but didn't know how to refund me ... never going again and I suggest you don't either"

"This place is terrible anymore! The last 3 times we went I believe they are purposely screwing up orders. Tonight was it for us. Ordered regular nuggets they gave us spicy nuggets, gave us fries half full, no bacon on my junior bacon sandwich, and they put some yellow sauce on both our sandwiches that I believe is suppose to be cheese but they used a cheese sauce. Then put our food in a kids meal bag. I don’t care about the bag but how can you screw up that bad. If this wasn’t done on purpose then they should really look into the people cooking and putting together the food. I order on the app and pick up in drive through every-time. They never put bacon on their sandwiches and I have to go in and say something. This time my husband got the order for me or I would have took all the food in and had it redone. Not driving back so made a complaint, and that’s our last time going there."

"9/22/22 long drive thru wait. Didn't get my entire order. Wasn't worth driving back. Very disappointed. The drive thru wait was a little long but the service was friendly, my food was hot and my order was correct. The outside of the building looks very nice and clean."
