"I've went here from ages 14 to 21, and I wouldn't be here if it wasnt for the amazing staff and doctors. Dr. Hillary was my PCP, and shes honestly the best. She understood my mental health struggles and put me on the right path. The staff here are so compassionate and friendly. 10/10 I can't recommend them enough. And they take medicaid!"
"I've always had a good experiences. I generally see the same doctor. I miss having a doctor that remembers my kid, but I guess that's how things are done now. I have always had nothing but great care from every doctor I've seen."
"I want to first say that I love these drs. I’ve been taking my daughter to them for almost 5 years. That said, the service since they were taken over by AGH has been terrible. About 2 months ago my 6mo had a high fever and we were traveling. I called around 10pm bc I didn’t know how much Tylenol to give him. It took 3hrs to get a call back and it was from an AGH nurse, not one of the drs. I called 2 days later to schedule and appt and was on hold for over 20 min. I spoke with the office manager at that appt and was told it was bc it was a “dosing” question and I didn’t specifically request a dr. Fast forward to yesterday and my 5yo jumped off the couch and landed on her back then threw up. I called and made sure to specifically request a call back from the dr. A nurse called. I called today to make a sick appt for tomorrow (possible uti) and the admin said they now only take sick appts day of and o have to call back at 8:30am. I leave for work by 8am. That’s unacceptable bc I can’t plan my work day and childcare /daycare (ie go in early then pick her up for an appt or vice versa). It’s completely unacceptable. I love these drs but will have to look for a new practice if these are their new policies."
"Very long wait times, even with arriving early. Sometimes we aren't taken back to a room until 20-30 minutes after our appointment slot . There we spend even more time waiting, just for the doctors to spend 2 minutes in the room when little ones are sick. I know see why our preferred doctor has left the practice and we will follow suit and also leave. I do not recommend this office or the cranberry office."
"They are the best! I live out by the airport and I come all the way into Mcknight because the doctors are so great there! My son feels comfortable there. When he was born he was in the NICU and dr. Brian came in everyday and alleviated any concerns my husband and I had. The offices are very clean and child friendly and the fish tank keeps my son occupied while we wait to be seen. I would recommend them to anyone!!"
