Reviews
"Rhonda allegretto you are a sorry excuse for a person, and I think your review was very harsh and threatening. I think you may have misunderstood the name of the shop.....there is no food there so I get you were probably frustrated, but that is no reason to go after an elderly persons lively hood. What is wrong with you? I know that now a days everyone wants something handed to them and don't want to put in the work or a little bit of effort to find their treasure. That's the best part of this store is finding the treasure, but people are VERY LAZY today and want everything in front of their face. Here's a tip for you Karen...I mean Rhonda.....less calories and more excercise and maybe you will be happier. Have a great day!"
"I had a wonderful time here :’) I was shopping around for jewelry in the $1 earring section, and realized by the end I was low on $$ (heads up cash only!) I panicked, told the owner and ran to my car to search and came back with a bottle of wine and only $3. The owner called me a sweetheart, declined the wine, and she passed me about all $20 priced worth of jewelry (worth much more of course) for my $3 despite my protest (this included a stunning pearl necklace with a handmade unique metal clasp). I thanked her profusely and we talked for a bit—shes a total angel and I’ll never forget her generosity :) will be returning soon w cash! Side note—the last reviewer has clearly never entered an antique store, and lacks some humanity. It’s pretty on par with others as far as organization, and shes a wonderful lady who’s owned this shop for 53 years, sit down."
"This is a poor excuse for a store. There is ZERO pride of ownership. Cobwebs and leftovers fill this completely chaotic "store". It really gives the thrift or vintage business a bad name. Not even a "hello" when we entered. GIVE UP THIS highly traffic-ed space to someone who wants to make some money. Your selling days are over, you just don't know it yet. Harsh? Perhaps, but truthful. Clean it up, you will do better."
"Husband and I stopped in just to look and found 4 gorgeous pieces. The owner is such a very sweet woman. We live over 30 minutes away, and let me tell you.. ITS WORTH THE DRIVE!!"
"Sweet lady, very accommodating. Stumbled upon this shop when driving by. Decided to wander in and take a look around. Happy that I stopped. Beautiful items. Looking through items I found 2 beautiful wooden chairs. Negotiated the price a little which was awesome. So happy that I decided to stop. Got the chance to speak to the owner who as I mentioned was a very sweet lady. Will most definitely make a stop when driving through again in the future!"
