"Zero stars. If you are expecting compassionate, quality continuity of care, keep searching. Worst office management, nurse navigator "Kat" must be overextended and annoyed having to work with VA. With stage 4 breast cancer, my "care" was unorganized, and staff unprepared to provide IM and SQ infusions. Never read my history, never returned my calls, didn't review 2 separate PET scan results with me, nor markers.They forgot to order infusion meds. When I arrived; told to return following day so they could order 2nd med. I tolerated this office for 6mons before requesting records to seek medical attention elsewhere. Due to record request, KAT took it upon herself to cancel imperative upcoming infusion appointment knowing I wouldn't be able to establish care elsewhere in a timely manner. MALPRACTICE COMPLAINT PENDING.... per PATIENT ABANDONMENT."

"Dr poretta is my angel.she in conjunction w/my surgeon and rad oncologist made all of the right decisions for my treatment plan ... chemo, double mastectomy, rad...when i presented w/ very agressive breast cancer which had involved lymph nodes. She is always kind compassionate and asks the right questions. I never feel rushed in appointments as she takes her time answering any and all questions w/Great insight, concern and thorough knowledge as she wants me to ask whatever i need to so we can come up w/strategies so i get to enjoy my best physical emotional and spiritual self.w/ all a patient has to deal with, dr poretta is a beacon on a hill and you can have every confidence she is treating you w/the utmost level of care"
