"Definitely the most kind, amazing & hard working dealership we've ever worked with. They worked very hard to get us a car that wasn't an over aboundance in price. They stayed open late for us to finish paperwork. We've only had it for about 3-4 weeks and had a issue come up and they took care of it for us right away and didn't cost us a thing. We can't recommend the dealership enough. Thank u so much to all who was involved, y'all are amazing."
"If I could give a zero rating, I would. I purchased an Audi at Ellis in 2018. It started using up oil. The dealership took the car for service several times for a total of 30 days, refused to offer a car to drive. They replaced the motor, but it continued to leak oil. When I decided I needed to trade it, they were difficult to work with and I ended up with a Volkswagen that leaks constantly from the roof. This place sells defective vehicles and offers no customer service at all. I will never go there to buy another vehicle."
"I bought my Suzuki Kizashi from this dealership. Tom (Sales Manager) did a nice job, and was friendly and responsive. The car was in excellent mechanical condition, but has a few more cosmetic issues than advertised. The only disappointment I had was with the second key fob. We agreed that the dealership would provide a second fob to compensate for the cosmetic scrapes, and they did, but they didn't program it so it's useless."
"Many many dealers and private sellers later, I heard about this place. Checked it out and ended up leaving with keys to a 2015 ram 1500 with 44k miles. This place couldn't be beat when it came to price, and what "visible" shape the vehicle was in for that price. The guys were friendly and helpful. Clearly whoever had it before me used it as a truck, not a fancy grocery getter. So, it did have visible wear and tear, nothing major. BUT, once I started adding and changing things on it I found some damage they didn't bother to fix, make note of, or possibly even find. Energy absorber behind front bumper was broke, and backside of one headlight housing was broke. Held on with 2 of 4 screws and looks like someone tried to epoxy the shattered pieces back together and call it good. After I found these, I checked everything. Thankfully there was nothing else hiding. Been a year and truck still runs great. But, makes me wonder how thoroughly they check their vehicles over before selling."
