"Bought a rare BMW wagon from these guys and was very pleased with my experience. They hand pick nice older cars. They are a family owned business and it shows. When I purchased the car the rear wiper didn’t work. They promised me that they would provide a new motor for it( worst case scenario)if needed. I took it to my local mechanic and indeed the motor was shot. They promptly sent a new/ used motor and it works perfectly. They kept their word. Great at communicating to me also ."
"I literally cannot praise them enough! This is a family oriented company, and you can tell! I worked with both brothers and they were amazing! They were so helpful and talked me through the process of getting my first ever loan and how to do the transfers. They were so sweet and patient. I bought a 2006 Toyota RAV4 from them over a month ago and I have not had a single problem, there is no rust or body damage, everything is perfect! A lot of the reviews I read seem to not understand that this is a family business - it is run from their home. They don’t exactly have set hours, but if you call them they are extremely flexible! They let me come out at 9pm to purchase my car, the one brother is a notary so all the paperwork gets done on sight! also the review of the guy complaining that he was told to go to a local dealership for work - the one guy’s son works at the dealership garage and can do the work for you there. I seriously can’t say enough good things about them, and have told all my friends to go through them! *edited after reading a review where a guy complained that his wife couldn’t use their restroom - I’m guessing that reviewer was not polite and had some major attitude, because I also had to use the restroom when I was there, I kindly asked if I could, and he let me into his home to use his personal restroom. Treat others the way you want to be treated! Both brothers were nothing but kind and respectful to me. *"
"I purchased a Chevy tracker from them probably 5 years ago. Never had an issue and loved it until a deer totaled it. I knew we were purchasing a used vehicle from Craigslist and found this tracker at his business. The bonus of looking at used vehicles is my husband is a mechanic so I guess that's why we had no issues."
"**BUYER BEWARE-------My son purchased a car from this dealership and the next day the check engine light came on. He was told to take it to a local dealership in Butler have a diagnostic run. They basically said that we need to take it to a Cadillac dealership so we then had to drive another hour to New Castle where they suggested we go because they "knew" the people there and we come to find out that the car needed a water pump and catalytic converter. For a total repair bill of over $1,300 after we drove it off the lot. Additionally they had not ever heard of this mom and pop dealership which they claimed that they knew the people. Then we had to pick the car up and drive it another hour back to Butler for the repairs to be done thus leaving my song without a car for nearly 2 weeks. i feel the owner should have taken the car back because these issues were apparent and he sold us the car anyhow but he declined to take it back. Had he done that I would not have written a review but Karma will come back so we just have to wrote it off as that. Do not purchase a vehicle here unless you have a lot of money to put into repairs."
"A week after purchasing a Mazda from this dealer, the calipers needed replaced. This happens on used vehicles so understood. Called the dealer and he said that the local mechanic that diagnosed the issue, didn t know what he was talking about . We drove the vehicle 70 minutes and after 3 days the dealers local mechanic performed the recommend repairs at the same cost as the local mechanic. Why did the dealer recommend we waste 2 days of driving and all that gas? This is the worst dealership I have ever visited. The dealer knows nothing about their product. You would think after 30 years that they would have picked up some knowledge. Bob tried to tell me that Ford made the engine in the 2008 Mazda."
