"Well, where do I start? Question: do these guys actually want to make money? Here it is, I called on a Thursday to offer a trade. A 1976 HD motorcycle, for a 1995 Jeep wrangler. The wrangler was in fair condition, and the bike near immaculate. I told JR I could trailer the bike up on the Saturday, to which he said "no problem". I loaded the bike on the trailer on Saturday morning, and called "JR Auto". I got someone on the line who said JR was gone for the weekend and wouldn't be back until Monday. I said, ok, so can I bring the bike up today? He stated he didn't do any trade ins and that was JR's "duty", and again, he (JR) wouldn't be back until Monday. And that they close at 3pm on Saturday. Wow, I never had a car dealer turn me away from doing business before. Yet it seemed this "business" was trying awful hard to deter me from doing business with them. Ok, no problem, I will take my business elsewhere, perhaps an auto sales place that stays open until 4pm on Saturday, and can handle a trade in all by themselves."
