"First time going here. Went in with no idea why my car was doing what it was doing. Was in and out in 2 hours with the problem solved and so much knowledge! Will absolutely be taking my car here regularly!"
"They are a small enterprise waiting to steal your money. I recently got a follow up quote for some work that said “I don’t know until it’s done” meaning I’ll think about how expensive it gets as I work. I have never once dropped a vehicle off without knowing how much a job will cost. I have a friend who runs a shop and it’s as simple as looking up the time to complete a job and charging the per hour rate with parts. This shop is part of a criminal partnership with Caruzin auto hub. Zero stars would be a better rating."
"City auto works is by far the fairest and most affordable garage in butler county. I took my truck to multiple places whom all told me it would cost thousands of dollars. When I got it to city auto works they quickly identified the issue and had it fixed in 24 hours."
"This place is a saving grace. We used them the first time on a whim over 2 years ago. They are fair honest and flexible. They don't tell you that you need more than you do. They won't just lick n stick your vehicle and they may take some time for repairs but at least you know it's done right and they took the care to make sure your vehicle was safe for your family. They are a family run joint so they understand that things happen in life. They are amazing. We won't spend our money or take our vehicles elsewhere. Pat and his family are terrific."
"Got an inspection. Needed upper and lower ball joint on one side and a battery mount, which it did need those. Points for honesty. Tell them I will do my own work. Bring it back some days later and they charge me full price for another inspection because they said I took too long, which is whatever, but what got me upset is they were going to fail me because of my tire. They said it had rubber taken out. It was the same tire that passed the first time! Luckily I had a full spare in the trunk or I would have had to pay for a third inspection. The owner is super paranoid of the government. Mind you, this was supposed to be a reinspection, but I was there for almost 2 hours, and I scheduled it so I did not have to wait. I didn't even know my car was done but Pat went on a rant for 30+ mins and almost made me late for an appointment. Honest crew, but also super nitpicky and overly paranoid. $65 for a sticker when I did all the work is ridiculous. Won't be back."
