"UPDATE: Worst experience ever. Will never recommend this place to anyone. I stopped in for an oil change and had to be towed away at MY own expense. They would not pay for the tow because they said it wasn’t their fault that the last place that changed my oil had the filter on too tight. Please see picture below. I wish they would have stopped when they couldn’t loosen it instead of completely demolishing it. Atleast I would have been able to drive away to a competent place. I PREFER TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE OTHER THAN MIKE COUSINS. AS ALTHOUGH HE WAS NOT ON THE SCENE, HE IS ONE OF THE TWO PEOPLE THAT SAID IT WAS KELLY’S AUTOMOTIVE FAULT AND HE WOULD NOT PAY FOR THE TOW WHEN WE SPOKE ON THE PHONE."

"I went for an oil change and they incorrectly placed the filter or didn’t put a filter- not completely sure how they managed to let all of the oil leak out of my car. So I then had to have my vehicle towed from there to someone competent enough to perform an oil change without blowing up my motor . Very disappointed with my entire experience."

"Worst experience ever. I seriously wouldn't trust them to even put air in a tire. Stopped in for a quick oil change and had to be towed to a dealer at MY expense. The manager blamed a dealership for having the oil filter tightened too much. Took no blame themselves for completely destroying the filter. I didn't have a vehicle for 3 days. Thanks Jiffy!"
