"The store is almost always clean and organized. Appearance is about where the quality ends. So if you needed books for classes in Evansdale when I was there (admittedly years ago), then you couldn't pick those up in this bookstore. You had to go to the bookstores (under the same name of course) in Towers dorms or the hospital. But because that was the case, you couldn't even order your books for those classes through the bookstore's page on B&N. No really. If you had any classes in medical/dental/nursing, ag, engineering, or any other type offered only off the downtown campus, YOU COULD NOT ORDER YOUR BOOKS FOR YOUR CLASS THROUGH THE WEBSITE. Oh, and the useless manager saw nothing at all wrong with this, as I learned in a face-to-face about just this topic. Save a buck. Buy your books elsewhere. This is the only Starbucks coffee you'll find downtown. And that's the only damned reason to walk in the door."

"I called during the week because they were having issues with their internet. UPS can't found my address so I can't buy anything online. The manager told me to come in on Saturday. I drove 3 hours to pick up some items from the store including textbooks. When I get to the store, there was only 1 person working and the textbook area was closed. The employee was very helpful and reached out to her manager. Unfortunately I was told that there was nothing that they could do for me. I left unhappy and drove back home another 3 hours. I left without buying anything. I had a list of items that I wanted to buy that now I am going to find somewhere else."
