"Would not recommend shopping here. T-mobile is fine, we have great service in this area. It is this particular store front which is a 3rd party store. We tried to return our modem for our 5g Wifi at this location because T-mobile was having issues getting us a return label. They refused to return it for us because we ordered it through the T-mobile site and didn't purchase anything from them directly. The reason we did not purchase anything from this store is because they do not honor the same rates as T-mobile corporate since they need to get paid. Do yourself a favor and shop online or at a T-mobile Corporate store because they are useless here."

"I’m not usually one to complain but I went in for a phone and all 4 of the store associates just stood in the corner gossiping, I had to get their attention to get a phone. All throughout the process, it felt like they were bothered by me trying to get a new phone. They didn’t talk about the financing (I had to read through the terms myself). Sales clerk was on his phone in between every chance he got, and They never told me how anything would work (like having the same exact number with my prior phone) That would’ve saved me from the iCloud recovery stage I was stuck in a loop. To which the clerk didn’t know what to do or even offered help. He just left me to figure it out. Eventually they just handed me the phone, said to wait 24 hours (didn’t bother to explain what I was gonna get in 24 hours like an email, text, etc till I had asked them) and said have a good day."
