"This JCPenney is a vintage store, sad to see it go. As soon the JCP store closes, the mall will follow suit. When you walked in the store smelled like must inside, the deals aren’t that great yet it’s just 20%-50% off. Maybe I’ll come back later In liquidation to look for some fixtures."

"I was in a rush for a last second decision gift that my son needed help with to get for his girlfriends birthday wich was the next day. He was outta town and idk what came over him but he decided after 7yrs of being with her to get an engagement ring. I was thrilled ! Thank God Penny's stays open till 8pm all the other stores closed at 7pm. A very nice extremely helpful and patient young man helped me and my son with the process of selecting a ring. I had to take pics send it to my son he would let me know if he liked it are not. This went on for a little while. And all along the young man was kind & patient. Then a ring was chosen. Paid for and on my merry way I went. Needless to say the next day will be a birthday celebration that will never be forgotten. Thanks to JC.Penny."

"The store is going downhill by the minute. First, the elevator didn't work and now the escalators and air conditioner do not work. I truly do not wish to drive to Niles, Ohio, but I may not have a choice. I also do not think it is the store's doing, but more of the building owners'."

"Had time to kill so we popped in to look around. Its situated inside a Shopping Malls that is struggling to retain retail stores. It was 2 hours to closing time & customers were few. However, this Penny's store had a nice selection of clothing & excellent sales so I took advantage & purchased summer tops."
