"Prescription never reqdy when it's supposed to be. They say working on it but truth be told they start ot when you walk in 1 girl is always friendly but the rest are not. HThe friendly ones name starts with a n N . Very annoying"

"Older lady with short hair was completely rude with me on the phone even hanging up on me mid sentence. I then drove right there and she must’ve seen the anger in my face cause she asked if I was just on the phone and apologized. Then got rude 2 minutes later AGAIN. I was baffled. After posting on Facebook about 4 other people I know well commented about how rude this same person was at all times causing them to switch pharmacy’s. With that being said I think I’m switching to Walgreens pending if they take my insurance. I have a child on the way and don’t want to be treated like that in the future when picking up meds. ESP when I’m nothing but nice and respectful at all times. My family is switching as well. So one person is costing rite aid a lot of business because I know the people on my fb said they all switched because of her as well. Hopefully she realizes she needs to treat the public better before she loses her job. God bless !"

"I have never dealt with such incompetent people in my life. It should not take over a week to get a prescription filled. They are liars not only to their customers but to their colleagues as well. Be aware when dealing with this Rite Aid because trust you are probably smarter than them."

"I visited this Rite Aid to receive my COVID vaccine. The store was clean and the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. I called them several times before my appointment to ensure I had all of the right documentation and they were nothing but kind and patient. I highly recommend this location to receive your vaccine."
