"This place used to be great. Loved the afternoon shift, then I went back recently for the first time in forever, and it was a whole batch of new faces, and BAY-BE, not a damned one of them could find their butt with both hands. My entire order was screwed up, and considering that I ordered a medium coffee with regular cream and sugar, and a toasted croissant with butter and jelly, that's impressive. How do you screw that up? Somehow, they managed to... My coffee tasted like they used a dropper for the cream and a measuring cup for the sugar, and my croissant was as hard as the head of the person who made it, and cold to boot. There was some cold butter in the middle, with a hole practically torn through the bread (probably because cold butter doesn't spread well on cold bread) and no jelly. I don't know what happened to the old crew, but do whatever you have to do to get them back, because this new crew needs some help desperately."
