"The service at this Starbucks is the absolute worst. Waited 15 minutes for an order that was placed online ahead of time. I could no longer wait so I left without receiving my order."

"I frequent this Starbucks a lot and have never had any problems. Even now, staff is spot on, orders are made quickly and correctly. My only complaint is personal hygiene and health protocols. Today I went to pickup my drink and there was a woman who I couldn’t even tell was a worker at first due to dirty and baggy clothing who was fully bent over the pickup counter and picking her nose in between sticking her hands in peoples food orders. Needless to say it was very disturbing and made me not want to eat the food I ordered. I’m usually not one to complain or leave reviews but as a fellow food worker it was extremely disturbing especially with the amount of illnesses spreading around. Other than this experience this is a great store!"

"My drink tastes bad feel like they will add whatever amount they like(my frappuchino taste like water mix with milk and ice), so I ask for adding some coffee in my drink, they look at me like I’m a karen, give me another one and if i could i will throw them in the trash right away because it’s awful."

"They don't have cream and sugar out. You have to ask the employees who are distracted in their own world. I guess it would be fine to pick up a mobile order. Don't waste your time and money walking in."
