"I USED THE APP FOR THE FIRST TIME AND THE CASHIER WAS VERY HELPFUL"

"After waiting almost 10mins so they could fulfill mobile orders and delivery orders.. which you would assume that the customer in front of your face would come first but clearly they think otherwise. I then ordered and spend about $20 to find a long thick black hair in my loaded hash browns(my hair is short and blonde). Very disgusted! Everything else just was thrown after pulling that out my mouth. To contacted customer service only for them to say they’ll retrain the team about the importance of hair nets. Not offering nothing after not ever the hash browns. I would not recommend this location unless you’re okay waiting in long times just to waste your money. I rarely eat anything from dunkin and after that I’ll get my on the go breakfast wants elsewhere."

"I was standing in the store and the lady working the drive through is yelling at a customer about adding cheese. As her coworkers try to come her down she tells them to get out the way. Then my pancake wrap come and the person tells me "o we don't have syrup" why would you sale them if you don't have the syrup?"

"I bought DD a lot in my country, the taste was so good. The glaze is flavorful, the dough is so soft, all the drinks are nice! But here is the opposite. So disappointed! I got wrong order without notice but the donuts choice was not even better. Better to spend your money on other shop :("
