"Terrible experience. Nobody pick phone. They sent me wrong parts. I never used it and I want send it back. After 2 weeks fighting for refund they send me return number. Guess what, I sent part back they refund me only 55% of my total cost. Shady business! Never again."

"I believe the company is under new ownership since I purchased from them the last time and have not had any experience with warranty issues good or bad. However I had excellent customer service and was also clearly briefed on the warranty disclaimer by Eleanor. It makes sense to buy all the other components especially if you are worried about a warranty. I also had the part delivered next day free! Thanks Eleanor. I get this isn't Pepboys or APW where you can return stuff without question but really....their prices for a BRAND NEW OEM compressor were exactly half of everyone's remanufactured unit. If you don't know much about compressors and ac systems have your mechanic order it and discuss the warranty."

"We needed a hard to find part for our AC system. They found it for us at a great price, delivered it to our mechanic the same day too! They have a huge warehouse with all kinds of auto parts and chemicals. They told me that they recycle by remanufacturing car parts in their factory. I like that."

"I purchased a compressor from this co, and it began leaking within the Warranty period. However, they refuse to replace. They are requesting paperwork from the mechanic that installed it; however, he has since passed. I was advised by an Artic Air employee that this is not there fault. I advised this person that the current AC Certified mechanic has determined that this is a faulty compressor. I offered up that mechanic's paperwork, and they declined. They were very rude, and non empathetic, up to the lady that I spoke with that says she is the owner. I will be filing a civil claim in small claims court to handle this matter. This is ridiculous! I will also be filing with the BBB and the FTC. I will also be adding a review, everyday!"
