"I won't say all Duncan donuts, But this one as well as Cirtin locations have changed the coffee. I can't see Why they would .I been drinking Duncan donuts coffee for twenty years I live for that tast it's one that When it's changed you know. So how can you buy a Historical franchise and changed the taste .you should change the name too."

"This Dunkin' Donuts' products are absolutely HORRIBLE. Their sandwiches are deep frozen months in advanced and then microwaved, not freshly made and grilled like at real restaurants. They are dried out and have spoiled, rotting meat and cheese. This awful Dunkin Donuts should stick to selling stale, flavorless donuts and watered down, off-tasting coffee. The owners are mean, cheap, greedy lowlifes who skimp on the ingredients in everything that they sell. To add insult to injury, the store is filthy. The supermarket one block away sells much tastier, larger donuts (and other baked goods) for half as much! Plus, they have a fast self-checkout lane, so you will not waste 15 extra minutes waiting at Dunkin. The fast food joint mere yards away has infinitely more delicious sandwiches and coffee. Why buy anything here when far better food and service are available within a block?"

"Fast service, courteous staff, free wifi, available drive-thru and my most important criteria - clean bathrooms. Visited on a Monday evening during low traffic and they were on the money."

"By far the slowest dunkin in the area. 10-15 minutes in the drive through if there is one car in front of me. Staff does not seem to be too smart either. They always get confused if you order anything other than a coffee with cream and sugar. Just avoid it completely"
