"I need to change my review. This place was great before the manager left. The place was organized and not one messed up order was received. Today I went in and it was unorganized and the lady forgot my iced coffee. When I told her about it she handed me an iced coffee with just creamer in it when I looked at the sticker on my coffee that was even wrong. The line was back up and I was not the only one with an order wrong. I have been a loyal customer and now I am on the search for a new Dunkin"
